It is, in particular, obliged to respect the provisions of the law on data processing and freedoms whose violation is subject to criminal sanctions. Access to the site’s features beyond simple consultation requires prior registration through the creation of a user account. Any information provided during this registration must be accurate and complete, with the user having the possibility to update his personal information at any time via the form linked to his account.
The user remains solely responsible for protecting his password, which he alone knows. In case of forgotten credentials, the user can request a new password sent by email to the email address associated with his account.
The French Wine and Gastronomy Academy (AVGF) reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account that does not comply with the general conditions or that is likely to generate a dispute, without having to justify its decision.

Details of competitions and events.
For the purpose of promoting the events organized and to ensure media support of the contests and other communication tools, users within the meaning of article 2 of these «General Terms of Use», as well as any natural or legal person who has participated in activities or competitions organized by or in partnership with the Académie des Vins et de la Gastronomie Française (AVGF) or with its assistance, accept the provision without reservation:
- data communicated during events organized,
Any user of the site is considered to have accepted the application of the French laws currently in force. It is, in particular, obliged to respect the provisions of the law on data processing and freedoms whose violation is subject to criminal sanctions. For the purpose of promoting the events organized and to ensure media support of the contests and other communication tools, users within the meaning of article 2 of these «General Terms of Use», as well as any natural or legal person who has participated in activities or competitions organized by or in partnership with the Académie des Vins et de la Gastronomie Française (AVGF) or with its assistance, accept the provision without reservation:
- data communicated during events organized,
- samples submitted for competition purposes
- the right to image of the products of the stakeholders and their use, for any event communication
- the publication of the results of competitions etc...
